ATS was founded in 1980 by a veteran of the United States Navy.  During that time, realizing the need to harness the power of data to drive decisions,  the Contiguous Connection Model (CCM) was developed. CCM was a leading edge technology to simplify rapid information retrieval, enhance data navigation and visualization, and promote knowledge discovery. Before XML became a de facto standard, this patented technology was revolutionary for its time. This was the start of ATS's emergence as a leader in creating innovative solutions for a variety of federal government customers.

Today ATS continues to deliver user-focused solutions. In the last 40 years, we've remained a trustworthy resource for the U.S. Navy and have continued to cultivate new relationships. By using iterative methodologies, we quickly deliver useful tools and actionable insights and then work to continuously improve them. With each day, we continue to raise our standards.
